Brownstone CFO’s founder, Pierce, started his career in data analytics in tech before earning an MBA and master’s degree in accounting. He then worked at KPMG and in corporate finance. He is the treasurer for his building in Carroll Gardens, a small multi-family property shared by neighbors who are busy professionals with families.

It was managing the responsibilities of his building where he understood the challenges of small condo or co-op buildings compared to larger ones with an established board and management company. Brownstone CFO was founded to uniquely serve this group of homeowners to optimize their finances and operations.

Brownstone CFO aims to provide peace of mind to all those juggling work, family, and other commitments who would like some of their personal time back.
